Ariza Art Contest
-Your submission must be your own artwork. The artwork can be digital or traditionally hand drawn. For traditional, please provide a high resolution scan of the artwork, not a photo.
-You must post submission on your social media in addition to emailing the full resolution file to alapalmeart@gmail.com. In your email, please link your primary socials that are applicable for submission credit purposes: IG, Twitter, FB
-Your social media submission post must include a credit to the design (@amandalapalme for IG, @amandalapalme for Twitter, @Amanda LaPalme Art for facebook). Be sure to also include the tag #ArizaGEM in the title/description.
-By submitting your piece, if you are selected as a winner, you are agreeing to share the full rights to the piece for reuse including for-profit purposes. Artist credit will still be included on anything posted with your artwork on it.
-Pieces will be judged by Amanda and there will not be a user voting system at this time. This is to prevent a submission from winning based on artist popularity.
-You must have a valid US shipping address to enter. International entrants can provide a US family address to send to or alternatively cover the additional post fee to ship the prizes.
-You can submit multiple entries.
-No nudity or graphic content.
-These rules are subject to update or change.

Terms and Conditions
Entering the Competition
The drawing competition (the "Competition") is open to all artists ("You").
To enter the Competition, all submissions need to be completed by August 22nd, 2020 by 12AM CT. Deadline is subject to change or extension.
Your social media submission post must include a credit to the design (@amandalapalme for IG, @amandalapalme for Twitter, @Amanda LaPalme Art for facebook). Be sure to also include the tag #ArizaGEM in the title/description. You must email the full resolution artwork (if digital) or high resolution scan (if traditional) to alapalmeart@gmail.com
When submitting your Competition entry, You must provide your name and email address. You must be 18 or up to participate in this Competition, or have written parental/guardian consent if under 18. We will only use this information in relation to the Competition and will not use it for any other purposes whatsoever. We will not keep this information for longer than is necessary for the operation of the Competition.
Picking the winners
Amanda will select the winner.
Publishing the winning entries
The winning entry will be (how will it be used).
By submitting an entry to the Competition and being selected as a winner, You give Amanda Lapalme: a. Permission for your entry to be published and grant an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to republish your Competition entry in electronic format and hard copy and b. The right to use your username, age, and country of residence for the sole purpose of identifying You as the author of your entry. By submitting an entry, you give Amanda LaPalme permission to digitally publish your entry for social media purposes.
Sending in an entry to the Competition means that You accept these Terms and Conditions, which are the rules of the Competition.
The Prizes
The winner will receive a 7th gen iPad 10.2" or any 72 Set of Copics.
Second place will receive 36 Set of Copics.
Four runner ups will each receive $50 Blick/Utrecht Gift Card.
The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred by You and cannot be redeemed by You for cash or any other prizes.
Prizes will be sent to a valid US shipping address. International entrants must provide additional postage fees.
Some other rules
Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
We take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
Your entry will not be returned to You.

No purchase is necessary.
The Promoter of the Competition is Amanda Lapalme whose email address is alapalmeart@gmail.com. Any issues regarding the Competition should be sent to this address.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Amanda Lapalme for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
Amanda Lapalme accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. Amanda Lapalme further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to You or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.
Amanda Lapalme reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Amanda Lapalme in all matters under its control is final and binding.
Amanda Lapalme shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
