Payment Methods |
Currently our creations can be purchased either through our
website, through our Etsy boutique, on Smashing Darling or through email
invoice.
Purchasing through our website/Etsy:
When you click on an item picture with in our Treasures Shop you are taken to a
detailed information page about the item. Listed on the bottom right side
of the page are Click to Purchase or Add to Cart buttons. Click to
Purchase buttons redirect our customers to our Etsy shop where they can purchase
the item along with any other items listed on our Etsy boutique. Etsy
offers a seamless and secure shopping environment and utilized PayPal and
standard credit card payment options.
Purchasing through Smashing Darling:
Our inventory on Smashing Darling is exclusive. The items listed there
will not appear on our website. To visit Smashing Darling please
click here.
 Purchasing
through an email invoice:
Invoice purchases can be initiated by contacting us with a list of the desire
items you want to purchase. We reserve these items for you and send you a
PayPal email invoice. When submitting inquiries for invoice purchases
please include your complete information along with the email you use for PayPal
purchases. The purchaser must possess a PayPal account take advantage of
the invoice feature. |

Returns |
If you are making a purchase through either our Etsy
boutique or Smashing Darling shipping rates are
posted within the check out section of the shopping cart.
Please see a brief overview of our standard shipping prices & policies listed
below.
All orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail with
delivery confirmation* and insurance**
This option normally will take 2 - 4 days to receive AFTER being shipped.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Tracking numbers are available when using this option;
insurance is available upon request for an additional cost (We encourage it).
This option will take an extra 1-2 weeks to ship; We're sorry for any
inconvenience this may cause.
·All Other International Orders:
USPS Global Priority Mail: $15.95
(no tracking number available)
* We use USPS Delivery Confirmation service
at no additional cost to the buyer. This is not an
actual tracking number. It shows when the label was printed and when the item
was delivered at its final destination.
**We insure all of our packages for the cost of the
contents at no additional cost to the buyer.

Returns |

·Every effort is made to ensure our customers love their handmade
treasures. If you have any questions about a
purchase, please email us at
support@manamoon.com. Please state where you
purchase the item; Etsy, Smashing Darling, or our
website along with your complete information and a
description with item number of the pieced. The
original invoice must be included if an item is returned.
If you have purchased an item at one of the retail
stores selling Mana Moon Studios' treasures, please
contact that store for a return. |

Custom Orders |

·Custom orders are accepted on select items ·We do not accept custom orders during the months of January,
September, October, November & December
·Custom pieces may take up to 6 weeks to fulfill.·All of our creations are handmade one-of-a-kind creations.
We are able to change colors & focal pieces depending upon availability of our
suppliers and will attempt to meet your individual specifications to the best of
our ability..
·Pieces need to be approved before we send an invoice.·A 50% deposit is required on all custom creations.
·Returns will not be accepted on any custom pieces. |

Consignment |

·If you would like to sell Mana Moon Studios'
handmade wearable treasures in your shop on consignment
please
contact us with your details. We would appreciate
photos of your shop, a link to your website or a general
description. ·It may take up to 1
month to complete a consignment agreement and we do not take
consignment requests from new shops during the months of
January & December.

Wholesale |
|
·Please note there is a minimum amount
required to place a wholesale order with us. Please feel
free to
contact us for details. Please
be sure to state that you are interested in Wholesale
options and we will be in contact with you shortly.
·All of our handmade wearable treasures are
one-kind and CANNOT be duplicated. Your order will be
fulfilled much faster if you give us a loose list of color
combinations you would like.
